Is this a hail for a new beginning or an end?
What is happening is a hail for a new beginning or an end? While both can be at the same time. When you can see the end coming, you can also see the beginning coming with it.
This is a hail for a new beginning and an end to old beginnings at the same time. I always wondered what the end looks like. When do we know we have ended something and entering into something new? And this says it all. When the past is unfolding and trying to sum up everything, trying to tell everything we did that we are suffering from. And then we are awakened to the truth. We are told to change, to accept. and move on.
And the moment we choose to move on with a different move. We enter into a new beginning. And we are going to be entering into a new beginning. Even if we don’t move with a different move. And move as we have always been moving.
But the new beginning demands our moves to change. To shift.
Every death that we saw in last months is an awakening to the truth we have been avoiding to confront. A truth that doesn’t affect us directly but we are all encircled with it.
The truth that we were moving towards an end. And now that we have. We must move into a new world with a new move. With new mindsets. And free of prejudices and stereotypes. Free of ignorance and avoidance.
The greatest disaster of man is not suffering but the avoidance of it. The doom we have been creating is been created by avoidance. It is by keep on moving without ever looking straight into the eyes of suffering. And so the suffering has been digging deeper and deeper holes for all of us.
We must start to face it and learn to face it more and more. To see problems with an eye of solutions and not avoidance. And then only we would be preparing a new world with this new beginning. Because sometimes even when we have been given a new beginning to start. We end up on the same end. We don’t want to do that. Do we?
To create a new world with this new beginning that hasn’t arrived yet. We must make use of the information, the illnesses, and the flaws we need to amend. So that we don’t carry them forward. So that we don’t cling to them only to realize they weren’t worth it.
In these months, we were confronted with all of the flaws of our society. The flaws for which we didn’t have the time to even reflect. and now they had to be confronted forcefully.
The truth about racism
The truth about our mental health
The truth about animal safety
The truth about our mortality
The truth about our coping mechanism
But all these truths shouldn’t be depressing or disturbing as long as we are ready to look the truth in the face and do something about it. We are moving towards a new beginning. We just have to start moving differently to make use of a new start we would be given.
